FRENCH BUTTERCREAMA wonderfully light combination of sweet butter and pastry cream, with a natural ivory color. Our buttercream icing is available in the following flavors: Vanilla, Almond, Myer’s rum, or Grand Marnier. These flavors do not alter the ivory color of the buttercream. Of course, you may choose any of our other flavors as well.
GANACHE GLAZEA shiny smooth semi-sweet chocolate glaze, poured over the cake.
MARZIPAN SHELLA delicious confection made of almonds and sugar. The marzipan is draped over buttercream, and can be tinted in many colors, creating a smooth sculpted look.
WHITE CHOCOLATEA porcelain smooth layer of white chocolate draped over buttercream, and can also be tinted in many colors.
